Registrants must cancel their workshop registration at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop date.

To cancel, please email workshops@riseinterpreting.com with your cancellation request.

Cancellations made at least 7 days beforehand will receive a 95% refund.

Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the workshop are not eligible for any refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days following the workshop.

Please email workshops@riseinterpreting.com with a statement explaining the reason for your refund request. Refunds are not guaranteed; each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

RISE Interpreting will respond to your request within 5 business days.

If a refund is granted, CEUs will not be processed or awarded.

To qualify for CEUs, participants must attend at least 80% of the workshop’s total duration.

Attendance under 80% will result in no CEUs being awarded.
