We cover most video platforms including: Zoom, Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and more.

Signing Aide (SA)

You've chosen Signing Aide (SA). This means the Signing Aide will provide 1-to-1 support for Deaf / Hard-of-Hearing consumers.

SAs have multiple qualifications including: ABA Trained, CPR, First Aid, CPI Certified, and more.

Interpreting of Pre-Recorded Videos (PRI)

You've chosen Interpreting of Pre-Recorded Videos (PRI). This means an interpreter will be interpreting a pre-recorded video and a RISE Technician will be embedding that interpreter into your video.

We've interpreted many videos, including: Announcements, Trainings, Presentations and more.

Deaf Culture Training Sensitivity Training

Deaf Culture Training Sensitivity Training may be customized to cover many industries, including: Emergency Services (Police, Fire Department, etc), General Business and more. Trainings may be 1 hour, 2 hours or a custom length.

Simultaneous Interpreting (SI) Equipment
To have an efficient set-up for simultaneous interpretation you will need SI equipment: This includes a transmitter for Interpreters to speak into and receivers/headsets for each individual consumer who needs language access. These are solely used between the source language speaker and interpreter for clear communication and less disruption-as the Interpretation is not interrupting the flow of the speaker/presenter.
