What is RISE Rockstars?

RISE Rockstars is our peer recognition program for celebrating teammates who consistently show up with excellence, care, and integrity.

Rewards

• For nominators: You could receive an Amazon or Starbucks gift card.For
• Rockstars recognized: A Rockstar T-shirt + entry into the Grand Prize drawing.

How to nominate

1. Submit a complete nomination (what they did + which value it reflects).

2. Encourage others — you can nominate multiple people throughout the year.

3. Each completed nomination counts as one Grand Prize entry for the Rockstar recognized.

Full Rules, Eligibility & Prizes

Eligibility

• This program is open to current active RISE employees only.

• Rewards and prizes are not available to former employees, contractors, or non-employee participants.

Nominations

• Employees may submit an unlimited number of nominations throughout the campaign period.

• All nominations must be unique and complete to be counted.

• Employees are encouraged to nominate multiple individuals throughout the year.

• Customer compliments may also be accepted and considered as nominations.

Gift Card Reward (for nominators)

• Employees may receive a maximum of three (3) gift cards per month.

• Gift cards are issued at RISE’s discretion based on eligible nominations received.

• Gift card type may include Amazon or Starbucks (or equivalent options as available).

Grand Prize Drawing (for Rockstars recognized)

• Each complete nomination counts as one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing for the colleague being recognized.

• Grand Prize recipients will include:

  • One (1) Interpreter

  • One (1) Signing Aide

  • One (1) Office Staff

• Winners must be present at the Year-End Party to be eligible for the drawing and to receive the Grand Prize.

    • Disqualify incomplete, duplicate, or inappropriate submissions

    • Verify eligibility and nomination details

    • Modify rewards, prizes, or program details as needed
